Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BJAK is expanding its global footprint and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, managing several hiring priorities while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives and collaborate with recruiters and business leaders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product or Engineering.
