Recruiter (Global Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead global hiring across multiple functions as BJAK scales its operations worldwide. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and building talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and conduct market research to inform hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure a positive candidate experience and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Work closely with other recruiters, coordinators and business leaders to achieve hiring targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product or Engineering.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable adapting to evolving hiring priorities.
