About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch offers a 90-day Store Reserve Manager (MIT) training programme in Beijing, covering APM and A&F stores. It combines classroom learning, on-the-job experience and direct supervision, covering store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management. Successful completion leads to promotion to reserve store manager, with regular check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
