Sales and Operation Executive

About the role

The Sales and Operation Executive supports the Sales Manager in driving the Hong Kong beauty hair professional business. This role ensures smooth sales and operational processes, prepares key reports, and delivers excellent customer service to meet business KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with business planning and preparation of daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc sales reports.
• Handle daily sales transactions and act as the liaison between the logistics and sales teams to guarantee seamless operations.
• Monitor accounts receivable status and coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain on shipment and stock issues.
• Prepare customer contracts, ensure contract completion, and support monthly promotions with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Head.
• Maintain effective communication with internal units such as CS, PPS, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong numerical sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and operate independently while being a team player.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• High education level.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and both spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
