Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead key account strategy and drive growth in the semiconductor and optical communications market. The role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management and cross‑functional coordination to deliver profitable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning strategies for key accounts, integrating industrial perspectives and market trends.
• Maintain account plans, forecast, backlog and business‑strategy alignment, updating customer roadmaps quarterly.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal marketing, engineering and operations teams, ensuring clear expectations and feedback loops.
• Provide weekly status reports and lead issue‑escalation processes to close‑loop tactical execution.
• Drive project management activities, identify critical paths, allocate resources and secure contract fulfillment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience promoting semiconductor products, with at least 5 years managing key accounts such as Accelink, HG, Coherent or Credo.
• Proven sales performance with ability to achieve DIN/DWIN targets in competitive markets.
• Strong learning ability and capacity to work under pressure while delivering results.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of optical module technology for Datacom and Telecommunication applications.
• Expertise in signal‑integrity products and semiconductor product promotion.
