Key responsibilities

• Ensure Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents are available for production on time with required content and quality for GAS products.
• Prepare and release production drawing packages to the workshop.
• Maintain optimal process hours in the Master BOM and support production to reduce hours during execution.
• Conduct gap analysis and improve standard hours for GAS products.
• Develop lifting plans and process designs for tools and fixtures.
• Support production in optimizing processes using ALPS and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for the Business Unit in the factory for GAS products and provide outsourcing support.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the manager.

Required profile

• Good communicator, systematic and organized.
• Persistent, thorough and technically insightful.
• Service‑oriented with a solid understanding of manufacturing methodologies.
• Familiar with lean tools and continuous improvement concepts.

Required skills

• Mechanical or industrial engineering background.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Experience with ALPS and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools.
• Ability to create and manage MOP/SOP documentation.
