职位概况

负责在北京区域内推广公司肿瘤类药品，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，达成公司下达的业务目标。

主要职责

制定并执行区域拜访计划，确保覆盖规定的医疗机构并控制费用。
运用推广技巧向医院提供产品咨询，提升机构满意度并建立长期合作。
挖掘并开发潜在市场，执行新产品进药计划及学术推广活动。
收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供改进建议。
定期分析区域市场情况，更新医疗机构资料并制定行动计划。

任职要求

医学、药学或相关专业专科及以上学历。
2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
具备产品及市场知识、推广技巧、区域管理和业务敏锐性。
具备以客户为中心、聆听、解决问题、正直可靠等职业操守。
符合合规要求，无商业贿赂记录。
