About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the company’s overall quality management function, ensuring product quality standards are met and continuously improved across all manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the company’s comprehensive quality management activities.
• Develop, refine and implement quality management processes, systems and product quality policies.
• Lead the quality assurance team to achieve strategic product quality objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Engage with domestic and international customers to provide efficient after‑sales quality service and relay quality requirements to production.
• Identify and resolve quality issues arising during production with effective solutions.
• Supervise, train and develop sub‑ordinates, continually unlocking staff potential.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, welding or a related field.
• Training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other quality management standards.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a quality manager or similar role.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of quality management in steel structure or metal manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
