职位概况
负责银保培训工作，确保培训合规有效，支持上海分公司及重点支行的路演和外部培训。
主要职责
- 确保总分公司培训工作的合规性和有效性，完成分公司、分行及重点支行的路演和外训执行。
- 构建和优化部门内部培训体系，选拔和培养兼职讲师。
- 高效执行总公司高客管理中心的相关工作，推动部门高价值业务的达成。
- 严格遵守岗位合规要求，确保各项业务的合规执行。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业优先。
- 具备银保培训或个险组训相关工作经验，有业务经验者优先。
- 乐于挑战，责任心强，能够快速融入团队并适应岗位要求。
