职位概况
负责协助审计员在快递转运中心进行现场核查、数据整理及审计监督，确保财务信息真实、完整、合法。
主要职责
- 协助完成转运中心基础现场核查。
- 整理业务单据、费用凭证、派费结算单及物流对账数据。
- 录入审计数据，核对系统揽派件量、重量、运费异常。
- 协助撰写审计底稿、整改台账，排查费用虚报及采购乱象。
- 对企业资产、负债、损益的真实性、合法性进行审计监督。
- 跟进审计问题整改，统计整改完成情况。
- 学习并熟悉快递揽收‑中转‑派送‑结算全流程。
- 参与离任审计、采购审计、财务审计、内控审计及专项审计项目。
任职要求
- 具备审计数据录入和核对能力。
- 能够协助撰写审计底稿和整改台账。
- 了解快递行业全流程并能进行相关审计。
