Manager, MarTech Business Analytics Greater China & Mongolia

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, MarTech Business Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives across the Greater China and Mongolia region. You will translate complex business questions into scalable data solutions, build robust analytics frameworks, and ensure marketing decisions are grounded in accurate, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve measurement and insight frameworks for CRM and campaign activities, defining KPIs such as conversion, retention, engagement and LTV.
• Develop ETL processes, data models and visual dashboards to track performance and support reporting.
• Implement marketing campaign measurement, including A/B testing, attribution modeling (MTA, MMM) and ROI tracking across channels.
• Support audience segmentation and advanced analytics (CLV, propensity, segmentation models) and productize these models within the CDP.
• Partner with data engineering, MarTech product teams and CDP vendors to optimise data architecture, tagging frameworks and unified customer views.
• Provide data‑driven decision support to Marketing, Loyalty, Commercial and regional teams, translating analysis into clear business recommendations.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in data analytics, customer analytics or data science, preferably in hospitality or other consumer‑facing industries.
• Proven ability to turn business questions into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.
