Global Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales its operations worldwide. You will partner closely with hiring managers, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for roles in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback and manage the ATS with accurate records.
• Deliver regular hiring metrics and pipeline insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and ambitious hiring targets.
