Consultant - Operational Excellence

About the role

dss+ is seeking a Consultant in Operational Excellence to join its China practice. You will work on high‑impact transformation programmes for leading organisations, helping them improve performance, safety and sustainability while gaining early responsibility and exposure to senior clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes.
• Lead defined workstreams and contribute to successful project execution.
• Analyse operational processes, performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct site‑based assessments, interviews and workshops.
• Develop client deliverables, including presentations and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in implementing practical, sustainable improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and a curious mindset.
• Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry environment.
• Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in project teams and contribute to defined workstreams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse, international settings.
