Associate Consultant – Launch Graduate Program 2027 (Shanghai)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program as an Associate Consultant in Shanghai. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic and data‑driven challenges across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and implement solutions for strategic, tactical and operational issues.
• Support 1‑3 concurrent consulting projects, each lasting 8‑16 weeks.
• Analyse large data sets using Business Intelligence tools, SQL and Python to build models and visualisations.
• Develop insights and recommendations that drive performance, transformation and innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal experts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Passion for consulting, strategy and data analytics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
