Associate Consultant – Launch Graduate Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program, you will join small, cross‑functional teams that help leading brands solve strategic and operational challenges. The role focuses on technology‑driven consulting, giving you exposure to financial services, retail, hospitality and other sectors while working from the Beijing office.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define, design and implement solutions for complex business problems.
• Own deliverables and maintain client relationships throughout project lifecycles (8‑16 weeks per engagement).
• Support 1‑3 concurrent projects, providing strategic guidance, transformation planning and performance analytics.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, build propensity models and create visualisations that inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in consulting, data‑driven decision making and digital payments.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in team‑oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering impact to Fortune 500 clients.
