AIRTAC Structure End‑to‑End Leader

About the role

As part of Airbus Commercial Customer Services, you will join the AIRTAC (Airbus AOG Technical Centre) team in Beijing, providing 24/7 technical support to Airbus customers worldwide, with a focus on urgent aircraft structure issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with customers during AOG or urgent situations.
• Collaborate with customer Maintenance Control Centres via phone, video, TR, and email to analyse scenarios and propose efficient, safety‑compliant solutions.
• Identify reusable solutions and trigger engineering support from the Toulouse team when required.
• Manage spare part availability with Airbus COD/Suppliers to ensure rapid delivery.
• Respond promptly to all technical AOG and work‑stoppage requests in the service system.
• Ensure solutions cover all relevant ATA chapters and adhere to airworthiness regulations.
• Detect improvement opportunities in AOG resolution processes and contribute to best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aircraft structure repair or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in aircraft structure repair.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong personal persuasion, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under time pressure and in 24/7 shift patterns.
