Staff Assurance – Financial Advisory (ARA)

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a Staff member for its Assurance practice within the ARA Financial Advisory team. The role focuses on delivering management‑consulting services that address internal control, audit, compliance, corporate governance and finance integration for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on internal control, internal audit, compliance and corporate governance for central, state‑owned, private and large group enterprises.
• Support business‑finance integration, standardisation of accounting and reporting, and treasury management projects.
• Assist project managers in managing client resources, identifying business opportunities and ensuring high‑quality project delivery.
• Facilitate effective exchange of internal and external information resources based on client needs.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of corporate governance, treasury management, budgeting, business‑finance integration, FSSC, accounting and finance transformation.
• At least two years of experience in a global consulting firm, Big 4 or leading domestic company, preferably with exposure to internal‑control, risk advisory or internal audit functions.
• Experience working with large, especially foreign‑funded, enterprise groups.
• Demonstrated digital dexterity and ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
• Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills; fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA or ACCA are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
