Senior Structural Simulation Engineer – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Simulation Engineer to lead simulation activities for automotive electronic products, ensuring product reliability through advanced analysis techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural simulation, including vibration fatigue, thermo‑mechanical, and static analyses for automotive electronics.
• Analyze load paths and cause‑effect relationships to assess reliability risks.
• Collaborate with global experts to develop simulation competence and execute simulation tasks.
• Develop new simulation capabilities, standardize and automate methods.
• Provide internal training, share case studies, and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Solid Mechanics, Vehicle, Aerospace, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of structural simulation experience, preferably in automotive electronics.
• Proficiency with at least one simulation tool such as Ansys or Abaqus.
• Familiarity with vibration, modal testing and material constitutive models.
• Strong knowledge of fatigue analysis, mechanics of materials and finite‑element fundamentals.
• Programming skills in Matlab or Python.
• Excellent English communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
