About the role

3M is looking for a PSD Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory in Changsha. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sales expertise while representing a globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by proactively reaching out to assigned accounts and new prospects.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and promote 3M solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and report activity to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Seek guidance when complex situations arise that require additional experience or knowledge.

Required profile

• Basic sales experience with a demonstrated ability to apply fundamental selling techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently under regular supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
