Packaging Engineer

This role focuses on driving packaging structural simplicity while ensuring product protection.

Key responsibilities

• Review various packaging types used at Hasbro and design safe, cost‑effective packaging solutions.
• Support structural packaging initiatives, including process improvements, material qualification, manufacturing and cost enhancements, and sustainability efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, paper and cardboard innovations, and printing technology, acting as a subject‑matter expert for internal engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consumer product manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Packaging Technology or a related field.

Required skills

• Packaging structure design using 2D/3D software.
• Proficiency with Esko ArtiosCAD.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
