About the role
Amazon's Global Stores team is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the RBS Cross Board CX program. You will partner with multiple Amazon teams to design and launch initiatives that improve customer experience and drive revenue across global marketplaces.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, implement and monitor marketing programs.
- Create and manage merchandising campaigns for events, on‑site promotions, email, outbound and launch initiatives.
- Automate end‑to‑end workflows in partnership with automation engineers.
- Analyze customer behavior (search, browse, purchase) to inform campaign strategy.
- Own BU‑level goals, identify root causes of defects, and develop scalable solutions.
- Track key performance indicators such as CTR and conversion rates.
Required profile
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Background in creating promotional material for owned and operated channels.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables).
- Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Data analysis and metric‑driven decision making.
