Maintenance Worker – Equipment Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our manufacturing site in Jining, China. The role focuses on keeping all plant equipment running safely and efficiently through regular maintenance, rapid fault diagnosis, and timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults quickly to minimise production downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and verify equipment performance and safety.
• Document all maintenance activities, including dates, fault causes, and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on proper equipment operation and upkeep.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory to ensure availability when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to resolve equipment‑related issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area after each repair.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow all safety regulations and company policies.
