Cloud Engineer (IaC)

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer specialized in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design, implement and maintain automated cloud environments using Terraform. The role focuses on operational excellence, supporting existing deployments and driving migration of legacy resources into reproducible code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain Terraform configurations written in HCL, including modularized modules generated by low‑code platforms.
• Implement GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux to ensure reliable continuous delivery of infrastructure changes.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for IaC, handling incidents, service requests and change management activities.
• Perform Terraform import of existing cloud resources and convert them into maintainable IaC assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and optimise cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform and solid proficiency in HCL.
• Good understanding of GitOps principles and practical experience with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Ability to take ownership of Terraform models generated by low‑code platforms and support their ongoing operation.
• Experience in incident, service request and change management within an IaC context.
