Analyst – Global Banking (Beijing)

About the role

The analyst will support the Asia Pacific Banking & Corporate Finance team in Beijing, focusing on top‑tier clients in the infrastructure, metal and mining sectors across China.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with market research, client presentations, credit applications, documentation preparation and client onboarding.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage KYC and account opening processes with clients.
• Assist senior bankers in pipeline management, financial analytics, market studies and portfolio reviews.
• Conduct financial analysis of various industries and markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in qualified financial institutions, or relevant market research and credit analysis experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; Spanish knowledge is advantageous.
• Highly motivated team player with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
