Job description
职位概况
负责AIGC（人工智能生成内容）在自动驾驶场景中的算法研发与落地，推动端到端感知‑决策‑控制模型的创新应用。
主要职责
- 研究、开发并优化图像、视频、3D模型及文本生成等生成模型。
- 将AIGC技术集成到自动驾驶仿真平台，实现虚拟场景、动态目标和天气光照的高保真生成。
- 利用AIGC提升数据集多样性和标注效率，支撑模型训练。
- 进行前沿技术调研、论文复现并转化为产品功能。
- 负责模型的训练、部署、性能优化及维护，确保系统稳定运行。
任职要求
- 计算机、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上，3年以上AIGC或深度学习算法开发经验。
- 熟悉GAN、VAE、Diffusion等生成模型及其变种，具备项目实战经验。
- 精通Python，熟练使用PyTorch或TensorFlow。
- 扎实的数学基础，掌握线性代数、概率论、数理统计和优化方法。
- 对自动驾驶原理和各模块有浓厚兴趣，了解感知、预测、规划、控制等基本概念。
