AI Platform & Business AI Solutions Lead – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

This position leads the development and operation of enterprise AI platforms and knowledge systems for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design AI solutions that enhance decision‑making, knowledge access, and operational efficiency across sales, supply chain, product data, and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement AI deployment, monitoring standards and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
• Design, build and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures that ingest technical, product and business documentation.
• Establish AI testing frameworks covering functional and non‑functional aspects, including prompt evaluation, output validation and regression testing.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents – training, fine‑tuning, evaluation and feedback integration.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, auditability and alignment with Bosch governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in AI platform engineering combined with deep understanding of automotive aftermarket operations.
• Proven ability to translate business knowledge into scalable AI solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional business teams to structure knowledge for AI‑driven decision support.
