Aftermarket Wiper Product Manager (IAM focus)

About the role

The Aftermarket Wiper Product Manager will lead the wiper portfolio for Mobility Aftermarket in Greater China and Asia, focusing on IAM (Identity & Access Management) product cataloguing and portfolio management. You will work closely with engineering teams in Shenzhen and Changsha and coordinate with IAM product owners at Bosch headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the aftermarket wiper product line (OE China and Asia aftermarket).
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Shenzhen and Changsha.
• Work with cross‑functional peers across Asia.
• Coordinate with IAM product owners at the headquarters.
• Prioritise IAM product cataloguing and portfolio management.
• Handle IAM or non‑OE derived OES project tasks as assigned.
• Generate and implement product UX, USP, packaging, and artwork ideas.

Required profile

• Strong language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Data processing and project management abilities (preferred).
• Result‑oriented, self‑driven, able to work under high pressure.
• Market knowledge or experience in Greater China, EA, or India is a plus.
• DIY and DIFM product development experience is a plus.
