About the role
We are looking for a senior professional to join Bosch Group’s BBM China Corporate Marketing and Business Strategy team in Shanghai. The role focuses on strengthening strategic insight and driving future growth for BBM China through strategic marketing and product management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market and business field analysis to generate strategic insights.
- Manage cross‑domain products and solutions, including technology scouting, feature deep‑dives, solution benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Assess and develop the product portfolio – perform portfolio deep‑dives, investment/divestment analysis, identify white‑spot opportunities and collaborate closely with global business units.
- Lead innovation management from a market and business perspective, defining processes, frameworks, search fields and coordinating cross‑GB projects.
- Drive strategic marketing from a PRM perspective by scouting mobility industry trends, analysing market and customer requirements, and interpreting policy and regulatory changes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, product management or related fields, preferably at a senior or managerial level.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with global business units and cross‑functional teams.
- Motivated, proactive and capable of driving initiatives in a fast‑changing environment.
