About the role
The Advanced Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and risks are proactively managed.
Key responsibilities
- Timing Management: Plan project timelines, identify risks, track execution through daily meetings, and report status to management.
- Quality Management: Lead the team in risk identification, lessons learned, problem solving, and escalation of major risks.
- Cost Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, pursue cost‑reduction opportunities, and support internal and external cost accounting.
- Customer Management & Internal Cooperation: Regularly engage with customers to capture needs, communicate requirements internally, and drive the team to meet reasonable customer expectations.
