Job description
职位概况
负责UPS仓储管理系统（WMS）及关务系统的操作与维护，处理进出口及保税业务，支持国内外客户的英文沟通与报表分析。
主要职责
- 使用SAP进行WMS系统操作。
- 维护ILC关务系统，处理报关及保税事务。
- 撰写并回复英文邮件，完成报告与数据分析。
- 与客户、报关行及货代进行协调沟通。
- 管理文件并执行主管交办的任务。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，专业不限。
- 具备进出口或保税工作经验，拥有保税人员证书者优先。
- 能够适应大夜班/中班及假日轮班。
- 具备中等英文读写能力。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作。
- ILC关务系统使用。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、Access。
