About the role
The Procurement Planner will be responsible for LOP procurement planning for specific value streams and components, supporting automation and digitalisation of the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Plan procurement of productive raw materials based on customer demand and production schedules, including subcontracting, ship‑to‑line and supermarket min/max planning.
- Identify and manage capacity bottlenecks in collaboration with manufacturing and adjust component plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with corporate purchasing on new supplier and localisation projects.
- React quickly to market changes and track supplier on‑time delivery performance.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels while minimising premium freight costs in complex market conditions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical/electronic engineering or IT/computer science.
- Fluent verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, analyse problems and handle multiple tasks and projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP or other planning tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
