Procurement Planner – LOP Planning & Supply Chain

About the role

The Procurement Planner will be responsible for LOP procurement planning for specific value streams and components, supporting automation and digitalisation of the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan procurement of productive raw materials based on customer demand and production schedules, including subcontracting, ship‑to‑line and supermarket min/max planning.
• Identify and manage capacity bottlenecks in collaboration with manufacturing and adjust component plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with corporate purchasing on new supplier and localisation projects.
• React quickly to market changes and track supplier on‑time delivery performance.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels while minimising premium freight costs in complex market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical/electronic engineering or IT/computer science.
• Fluent verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, analyse problems and handle multiple tasks and projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other planning tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
