Job description
职位概况
负责洗衣粉、洗洁精等日化产品的原材料、半成品及成品质量检验，确保产品符合公司质量标准。
主要职责
- 按照质量标准和检验规程进行理化指标检测，如pH值、活性物含量、水分、密度、白度、泡沫性能、去污性能及粒度分析。
- 对生产过程中的产品抽样检测，及时发现并反馈质量异常。
- 记录、整理检验数据，编制质量检验报告，确保数据真实、准确、完整。
- 协助分析质量问题原因并提出改进建议。
- 负责实验室仪器设备的使用、维护、校准及保养，管理试剂、样品及检测记录。
- 配合生产、研发及质量管理部门开展产品质量改进工作，遵守实验室安全管理制度。
