职位概况

腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌Level Infinite负责发行《Warframe》等游戏，现招聘Warframe国服产品运营策划。该岗位负责游戏数据分析、商业化策略迭代及国服运营活动策划，并对接品牌、内容等部门需求。

主要职责

深入理解Warframe游戏设计，分析线上数据与用户行为，发现问题并提出产品调优方案并推动落地
基于用户行为与商业化数据迭代商业化策略，建立核心指标监控体系，推动商业化系统长期优化
针对国服制定活跃向、付费向的活动策略，推进各版本活动落地
对接品牌、内容等部门需求，提供产品侧判断与支持

任职要求

本科及以上学历，资深游戏爱好者，对刷宝/装备驱动类游戏有深刻理解，Warframe老玩家优先
1年以上游戏商业化运营/策划经验，有外观向付费游戏项目经历
良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，能制定商业化资产排期并推动版本目标落地
思维活跃、抗压能力强，有英文能力者加分
