About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to lead and execute regional warehouse projects across the APAC region for Bosch Group in Suzhou. The role focuses on footprint optimization, tender processes, setup, migration, and stabilization, as well as driving operational efficiency through process analysis and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end warehouse tender and implementation projects across APAC countries.
- Conduct Warehouse Process Analysis (WPA) to verify costs and identify improvement activities for logistics efficiency.
- Drive warehouse automation initiatives such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
- Implement digital solutions including OCR tools and BI dashboards to enhance operational productivity.
- Collaborate with logistics functions (Transport, Customs, Packaging) and lead cross‑functional improvement projects to optimize end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
- Optimize warehouse footprint through planning, migration, and stabilization activities.
