About the role
The Warehouse Clerk will support daily warehouse operations by handling SAP accounting for receipts, dispatches, and production returns. This role ensures accurate material tracking, label printing, and documentation for both incoming and outgoing goods.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily SAP accounting for warehouse receipts, dispatches, and direct/indirect materials.
- Print labels for incoming materials and customer shipments.
- Account for daily production returns, scrap disposal of non‑conforming products, and red‑tagged items.
- Scan, organize, and file supplier material receipts and customer dispatch orders.
- Adjust accounting discrepancies caused by errors in the SAP‑WMS interface.
- Assist the supervisor with various project reports.
Required profile
- Experience with warehouse material handling and documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP accounting processes in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail for correcting interface discrepancies.
