Training Specialist (Asia)

About the role

A2MAC1 is looking for a Training Specialist based in Shanghai, working on site within the Operations department (Production OH). The role covers creating and administering e-learning content for the Customer and A2MAC1 internal academies, supporting localization into Asian languages and managing the learning platform and learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create e-learning content with Product Managers and subject matter experts using internal authoring tools, and coordinate contributions from them
• Support localization of training programs by coordinating translations into identified Asian languages
• Work with the local Sales team, especially Customer Success, to harmonize training material for Asian customers
• Implement structured learning paths aligned with the training program strategy
• Keep the content inventory complete, relevant and consistent, and update outdated content
• Manage the Customer Enablement Academy and A2MAC1 Academy, including users, access rights, groups and layouts
• Answer learner questions about LMS usage and collect and act on learner feedback
• Monitor learner engagement and trigger actions when needed
• Help manage the A2MAC1 skill inventory and support knowledge management activities

Required profile

• Master's degree in a technical or scientific field, or in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources or similar
• Experience in technical or software training; automotive experience is a plus
• Fluency in professional English (written and spoken, minimum B2)
• Strong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand and structure technical content in an automotive environment
• Self-organized, autonomous and able to manage workload
