Thai Experience & Content Strategy Consultant – Automotive HMI/IVI

About the role

This freelance position supports the Thai market launch and experience upgrade of an automotive HMI/IVI system. Based in Shanghai, the consultant will focus on user‑experience and content strategy, reviewing interface language and information presentation to improve clarity, consistency, and brand expression for Thai drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct experience and content reviews of core user journeys (navigation, media, phone, settings, alerts, error states, guidance) from a Thai user perspective.
• Assess interface copy and information architecture for readability, actionability, tone, brand consistency, and terminology uniformity.
• Identify issues that affect user experience and market acceptance, including multi‑language adaptation challenges.
• Provide content‑level optimization recommendations such as alternative copy, naming conventions, prompt structures, and hierarchy adjustments.
• Deliver actionable optimization plans and release recommendations within a short project cycle.

Required profile

• Native Thai proficiency with excellent written expression and a natural, concise style.
• Valid Chinese work or residence permit for on‑site work in Shanghai (non‑Chinese candidates).
• Prior experience in product content, UX writing, localization review, or internationalization adaptation; automotive or consumer‑electronics background is a plus.
• Structured thinking, strong communication, high sense of responsibility, and ability to drive closure quickly.
