职位概况
负责从接单、跟踪到签收的日常运营工作，协调客户、承运商及内部团队，确保运输服务顺畅。
主要职责
- 接收并处理订单，进行全程跟踪直至签收。
- 与客户、承运商、收货方及内部同事保持沟通协调。
- 按要求完成日/周/月报表及KPI分析。
- 负责账单开具与付款催收。
- 处理突发事件并提供应急响应。
- 参加客户及承运商的评审会议。
任职要求
- 至少5年运输运营或相关领域的实际工作经验。
- 了解中国运输法律、基础设施及市场。
- 物流、供应链管理、运营管理或相关专业本科以上学历者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 具备团队合作精神、执行力和谈判技巧。
