弱电工 Technician Extra Low Voltage

About the role

The hotel seeks a dedicated Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Technician to support all electrical and audio‑visual systems across the property. You will work under the supervision of the facilities manager, ensuring safety and reliability of critical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s work assignments and strictly adhere to safety procedures.
• Ensure continuous operation of lighting, power supply, AV, CCTV, telephone, TV, fire‑alarm and life‑safety systems.
• Maintain and inspect audio‑control equipment and perform regular dielectric tests on mobile and semi‑mobile tools every six months.
• Keep accurate duty logs and equipment operation records.

Required profile

• Minimum junior high school education and at least one year of experience in a similar ELV role.
• Possess local special‑work certification and a qualified electrician licence.
• Ability to work independently following established standards and procedures.

Required skills

• Electrical equipment installation, maintenance and fault troubleshooting.
• Audio‑control system familiarity.
• Dielectric (high‑voltage) testing and safety insulation inspection.
