Technical Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and self‑driven Technical Service Engineer to join our fast‑growing team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality smart energy solutions and after‑sales technical support for our energy storage and solar inverter products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide installation guidance, system commissioning, troubleshooting and after‑sales technical support for energy storage and solar inverter products.
• Organise and conduct technical training for overseas customers and prepare related technical documents and training materials.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technical issues raised by customers or front‑line sales teams.
• Continuously learn about company products and market trends to enhance technical expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the solar industry.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Excellent communicator with fluent English.
