Technical Engineer - Windows 11 Support

About the role

Beyondsoft, a mid-sized business IT and consulting company with offices across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, is looking for a Technical Engineer focused on Windows 11. The role covers technical support and issue resolution for enterprise Windows 11 endpoint environments, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Dongguan and Shenzhen.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for enterprise Windows 11 endpoint environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 OS issues related to faults, performance, stability and compatibility.
• Resolve Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps issues and install, configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Troubleshoot Windows Update, system patching and related issues.
• Work with Active Directory and Group Policy to analyse and resolve issues.
• Run health checks, performance optimisation and technical improvements for Windows 11 and Office environments.
• Assist with Windows 11 and Office upgrades, deployments and compatibility assessments.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare incident, RCA and technical solution reports.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams and recommend improvements to endpoint stability and user experience.

Required profile

• At least three years of enterprise-level technical support for Windows 10/11.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and enterprise endpoint management, and of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP, and with patch management tools such as Windows Update and WSUS.
• Strong issue analysis and fault isolation skills, and the ability to communicate with customer technical teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dongguan and Shenzhen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Windows Event Viewer, Performance Monitor and Task Manager.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, with scripting for troubleshooting and routine administration.
• Preferred: SQL Server expertise, Microsoft CSS experience, Microsoft certifications, Intune / Endpoint Manager, SCCM / MECM, large-scale Windows 11 deployment experience, major incident handling and large enterprise support experience.
