Job description

职位概况

面向客户GDC的资深顾问/经理岗位，负责Salesforce项目的业务分析与落地交付，独立对接客户业务与IT部门，将客户需求转化为可落地的系统方案并推动项目高质量交付。

主要职责

  • 调研客户销售、市场、服务、供应链等业务流程，输出调研纪要、业务蓝图和需求文档
  • 围绕Sales、Service、Marketing Cloud等模块拆解需求，控制范围蔓延
  • 梳理主数据、组织架构、权限、审批流程、报表及字段对象，配合实施团队完成配置与开发
  • 组织需求评审、方案讲解、进度对齐，跟进UAT测试、上线切换、培训与验收
  • 沉淀交付文档，并跟踪上线后的问题与优化需求

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，3年以上Salesforce实施交付经验，乙方咨询或外包背景优先
  • 能独立对接中大型企业客户，熟悉CRM业务逻辑，零售、制造、医药、高科技等行业经验优先
  • 文档功底扎实，熟练使用Axure、Visio、XMind等工具
  • 抗压能力强，可适应多项目并行；基础英文阅读能力优先
  • 持有Salesforce ADM201、PD1等认证优先
