About the role

The Team Speaker leads the automotive evaluation team, ensuring efficient coordination of vehicle testing activities and delivering clear, data‑driven insights to management. This role combines team leadership, vehicle planning, and comprehensive reporting within a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the evaluation team, allocate roles, run regular meetings, and foster a proactive, quality‑oriented culture.
• Variant Vehicle Planning: Plan and schedule variant vehicle availability according to project timelines, align with cross‑functional teams, and optimise resource allocation.
• Vehicle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of test vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, configuration, documentation, and inventory tracking.
• Report Summary and Communication: Consolidate evaluation results, generate summary reports for stakeholders, present findings and recommendations, and act as the communication bridge between the evaluation team and senior management.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Body & Interior/Exterior, Operation & Comfort, or Water Tightness.
• Experience with BMW/Mini projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a Spotlight driving license A1 or equivalent; advanced driving certification is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in vehicle quality/function problem analysis and resolution.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle structure, configuration, manufacturing processes, quality control, functional testing, and performance evaluation.
