负责在博世集团上海推进高级谈判设计，运用游戏理论提升采购竞争力，带领跨部门团队实现谈判目标。
主要职责
- 在竞争性采购谈判中应用游戏理论，提升Best-MAT成本优势。
- 领导跨职能NEGO团队，支持双边谈判并构建谈判能力。
- 推动敏捷工作方法，协助全球团队达成目标。
- 支持采购数字化与创新项目，负责专项任务和战略项目。
- 承担团队及专项本地任务的组织发展与协同。
任职要求
- 具备商务管理、信息技术或工程学硕士学位。
- 拥有丰富的采购、谈判及拍卖经验（优势黑带级）。
- 良好的分析与沟通能力，适应敏捷团队工作。
- 熟练中文和英文。
