Talent Attraction Specialist – APAC (12-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will join a global Talent Attraction team, partnering closely with local HR and business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across APAC.
• Develop deep knowledge of local labour markets and provide talent intelligence to hiring managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Proactively source, assess and engage candidates using direct-sourcing techniques.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring organized and accurate case management.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction, HR and cross-functional teams on regional and global talent initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing within a multinational environment.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyse labour-market data and translate insights into hiring recommendations.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive talent market.
