System Engineer – Residential Boiler Systems

About the role

As a System Engineer you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end development of residential wall‑hung boiler products. You will ensure that product requirements, controls, electronics, testing and supplier deliverables are fully aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements, functional specifications and system architecture for residential boiler products.
• Develop and maintain boiler control logic and integrate mechanical, electrical and software functions.
• Lead system‑level verification and validation, including functional and performance testing.
• Act as the technical interface between internal teams and external suppliers.
• Define and manage requirements for ACU modules (PCB, embedded software, communication interfaces, HMI).
• Support issue investigation, root‑cause analysis and technical problem solving during product development.
• Maintain and improve engineering processes and documentation platforms such as Jira and Docupedia.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Power & Energy, Control Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in system engineering, product development or controls engineering, preferably in boiler or HVAC industries.
• Good understanding of residential HVAC systems, product functions and control strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
