职位概况
作为博世（上海）智能科技有限公司（RBLC）的产品工程师，您将负责产品全生命周期的技术规划与实现，推动新产品快速上市，提升技术竞争力。
主要职责
- 需求工程：收集、分析、建模、编写规格说明并管理验证。
- 技术路线图：规划技术路径、设定目标并进行最终评估。
- 新产品导入：提供新产品开发技术支持，负责上市技术交付。
- 工程变更管理：依据项目需求持续迭代更新技术。
- 故障分析：系统分析技术故障并从根因解决问题。
任职要求
- 5-8 年技术背景，熟悉工程原理、以用户为中心的设计、法规遵从和质量保证。
- 能够跟踪所在领域的技术进步并纳入技术路线图。
- 具备敏捷开发经验，能在迭代开发环境中推动持续改进。
- 强大的问题解决能力，能够分析复杂技术问题并制定有效方案。
- 本科及以上学历，相关行业技术背景优先。
- 英语流利，能够无障碍交流。
