Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistics & Distribution

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee daily logistics and distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. Working closely with 3PL providers and internal teams, the role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution tasks with 3PL providers to guarantee on‑time order delivery.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, delays, and handle customer complaints.
• Assist in warehouse operations including receiving, inventory movements, order fulfillment and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data in Oracle and other supply‑chain systems.
• Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts, stock reconciliations and investigations.
• Arrange transportation and manage import/export and customs documentation when required.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Review logistics documentation and verify freight and 3PL invoices.
• Participate in audits, issue resolution and other supply‑chain projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply‑chain or 3PL operations.
• Basic understanding of transportation, warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes.

Required skills

• Oracle (or similar ERP) experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of logistics, import/export and customs processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
