About the role
The Supervisor, Sales for Standard Surfactants will lead the South China market from Guangzhou, driving sales growth and profitability for the EMO (Oleo Chemicals & Alcohols) portfolio. You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales activities for standard surfactants, covering key accounts, dealers, and distributors to meet defined targets.
- Enter all sales opportunities into Salesforce at least one month in advance and track progress.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, product support, and timely response to inquiries.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, pricing, and regulatory teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
- Oversee order processing, demand forecasting, and accurate delivery execution.
- Manage contract pricing, payment terms, and credit assessments in line with regional policies.
- Collect and analyse market data to identify trends, new applications, and growth opportunities.
