Structural Topsides Engineer

About the role

The Structural Topsides Engineer will design and deliver reliable, cost‑effective, and safe engineering solutions for offshore projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all designs meet international codes, company standards, and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Select appropriate methods and procedures for topsides structural design.
• Perform detailed design, analysis, and optimization of structures.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, industry standards, and internal regulations.
• Plan and complete deliverables within agreed time frames while managing system interfaces.
• Incorporate lessons learned and assess change impacts across project boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third‑party partners in line with contractual and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering diploma in a relevant discipline (mechanical, civil, or offshore engineering).
• 0–5 years of experience in engineering design, preferably in an industrial or offshore environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools.
• Experience in concept development, detailed design, and structural analysis for topsides applications.
